• Customer-request and operational workflow information. When a team uses Keptro, information about incoming requests, ownership, and follow-through is stored so the office can see what needs attention and what has been handled.
• Communications and support requests. If you email us or contact support, we keep that correspondence so we can respond and maintain a record.
