Echo Innovations LLC operates Keptro, including the public website at keptroa.com and the Keptro application at app.keptroa.com. These terms govern your use of the website at keptroa.com and the Keptro application at app.keptroa.com (together, “Keptro”).

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Keptro, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Keptro. If you use Keptro on behalf of a business, you agree to these terms for that business.

Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for the business you represent. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Authorized business use

Keptro is provided for legitimate business use by owner-led service teams. You agree to use Keptro only for your own business operations and in compliance with applicable laws.

Pilot and early-access status

Keptro is currently offered on a pilot and early-access basis. Features may change. Setup and onboarding support are included when described in the applicable written agreement. Fees, engagement length, responsibilities, and customer-specific terms are set out in that agreement.

Prohibited use

• Do not use Keptro for anything unlawful, harmful, or infringing.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to Keptro or its systems.
• Do not misrepresent your identity or authority, or submit information you have no right to submit.
• Do not attempt to copy, resell, or reverse engineer the service except as permitted by law.

Your information and decisions

You are responsible for the information you or your team submit to Keptro and for the operational decisions you make using it. Keptro helps your office see and organize follow-through; the judgment about how to respond to any request remains yours.

Service availability

Keptro is provided on an “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability or any specific uptime.

What Keptro is not

Keptro is a follow-through and visibility tool. Unless a separately released capability expressly provides otherwise, Keptro is not an emergency-response service, a dispatch system, a booking or scheduling system, a payment processor, or a substitute for the human judgment your business is responsible for. Do not rely on Keptro for emergencies or time-critical safety decisions.

Intellectual property

Keptro, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Echo Innovations LLC and its licensors and is protected by applicable law. These terms do not transfer any ownership of Keptro to you. Information your business submits remains yours.

Feedback

If you send us feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them to improve Keptro without any obligation to you.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access to Keptro if these terms are violated or if necessary to protect the service or others. You may stop using Keptro at any time.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the extent permitted by law, Keptro is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Echo Innovations LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of or inability to use Keptro.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Keptro develops. When we do, we will revise the effective date shown above. Continued use of Keptro after an update means you accept the updated terms.
